What we hold

Dankal has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, your email, or your phone number. There is no account to delete.

Your data sits in two places, and each is deleted a different way.

1. Delete what is on your phone

You can do this yourself. Nothing to ask us for.

  1. Open Settings in the game.
  2. Press Erase records.
  3. Press it again to confirm. This cannot be undone.

Or simply delete the app. Everything the game kept on your phone goes with it.

This does not touch the ranking server. Erasing on your phone clears your local records only. If your score is already on the world board, it stays there until you ask us to remove it — see below.

2. Delete your ranking entry

Email support@jindorry.com and ask us to delete your ranking entry.

Please include your ranking ID. The ID is a random number and it is the only thing that ties an entry to you. We hold nothing else — no name, no email, no device identifier — so without the ID we cannot find your entry.

Where to find your ranking ID

  1. Open Settings in the game.
  2. Scroll to the long code near the bottom.
  3. Tap it. It is copied to your clipboard — paste it into the email.

What happens next

If you delete the app first, your ranking ID goes with it and we can no longer find your entry. Copy the ID before you uninstall if you want the entry removed.

Ads

Ads are served by Google AdMob. To reset or delete your advertising ID, use your device settings — Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. That control belongs to your device, not to us.
